Language Headquarters ONLINE TUTORIALS is an innovative English language arts and literature & composition series designed for middle and high school students. A perfect resource for home educators, after schoolers, or those looking to customize their student's learning, ONLINE TUTORIALS provides each student with a front row seat to sharpening and practicing their linguistic, writing, and literature skills. With guided practice provided by IEW® Accomplished Instructor, Ericka McClelland, students grow in their appreciation of the power of words and their ability to wield words for good and noble purposes.

Language Headquarters ONLINE TUTORIALS offers students an approach to learning language arts that makes them proficient language users who practice the art of language by communicating confidently, thinking complexly, and working collaboratively!

Highlights

  • 30 weeks of live, interactive classroom instruction and discussion for 90 minutes per week. Each tutorial is recorded and archived to facilitate learning in the event of illness or absence.
  • Consistent instruction in vocabulary, grammar & editing; writing & composition; and literature & literary analysis.
  • Engaging content that encourages critical thinking, integrates biblical truths, and increases an appreciation of literature. 
  • Classes capped at six students to ensure quality mentored learning and progressive development of speech and composition skills. Each class is private and secure, providing access to registered students only.
  • Customized learning and personalized feedback on each assignment.
  • Access to ThinkWave, an online grade and assignment resource to track students’ success and identify areas of challenge.
